Material properties
  • Pure epoxy resin – odor free – without any additional filling materials
  • Free of solvents, thiol, phenol, styrene
  • Extremely low shrinkage < 0.05% (23 x less than polyester or epoxy acrylate)
  • Very easy to use with 450 ml cartridges – may be stored for up to 24 months
  • Reliable mixture through 2:1 mixing ratio
  • Curing at up to -22°C with maximum performance
  • Optimized setting time ensures flexible reinforcement handling (20°C, F 100% = 12 h)
Technical properties
  • Micro form fit with surrounding materials (20N/mm²)
  • High compression strength of 115N/mm² – harder than concrete
  • Load-bearing capacity not affected by frost / heat
  • Short anchoring depth – no spreading pressure in the concrete
  • Bonding force is not sensitive to concrete ageing
Application
  • Drill hole for the respective construction steel diameter in the precise location
  • Blow out twice with compressed air or rinse with water
  • Brush out twice with the help of the cleaning brushes designed for the drilled hole
  • Blow out or rinse out twice again
  • Fill with EPCON C8 injection mortar and insert the reinforcement
  • The material is suitable for use throughout the year from 5°C
  • May also be used with damp undergrounds
